Acceptance of Terms. By using https://kjbrotherspaintingnj.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Service Description. This Site describes Interior Painting, Exterior Painting, Residential Painting, Cabinet Refinishing, Wood Refinishing, Drywall Repair, House Painter, Interior Painter provided by K&J Brothers Painting. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://kjbrotherspaintingnj.com is the property of K&J Brothers Painting or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
End of Use. K&J Brothers Painting may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. K&J Brothers Painting does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Cap on Damages. Liability of K&J Brothers Painting arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify K&J Brothers Painting from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Choice of Law. NJ law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of NJ, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
